I confirmed multiple times before booking that this office accepted my insurance and was assured every time that it was in network. After waiting over three weeks for my ADHD testing appointment, I was told at the front desk that they do not take my insurance and that it was “a mistake.”
This is completely unacceptable. ADHD testing is already difficult to access, and making patients wait nearly a month only to turn them away due to staff incompetence is unprofessional and disrespectful.
I rearranged my schedule, waited weeks, and trusted the information given by this office, only to have my time wasted and my care delayed. This caused unnecessary stress and showed a clear lack of concern for patients’ mental health and well-being.
If you are considering this practice, be aware that insurance verification may not be reliable. I hope management takes responsibility and fixes this issue so others do not have to go through the same experience.

Dr. Kayloe is a wonderful doctor. Great bedside manners, attentive, empathetic, and funny too : ). I’m glad I found her. She makes you feel comfortable.

I met briefly with Dr. Kayloe, reviewed symptoms and meds. I was then informed that i would have an appointment w/ Dr. Fishman as I had met with him some years ago. I MADE THE APPOINTMENT WITH DR KAYLOE NOT DR FISHMAN. I was not informed that because I saw him years ago I would have to see him again instead of Dr. Kayloe with whom I made the appointment. Is Fishman the best doctor in the practice to treat my issues or am I just being passed off to him because I was a previous patient? I asked Kayloe if I would be seeing her again and she said she didn't know. That really does not make me feel confident about which doctor will be treating me I made an appointment with her and expected that I would be dealing with her and not passed on to another doctor with no explanation other than I had seen him before. This does not feel like there is transparency in terms of whether or not I will see the doctor I chose to make an appointment with. Definitely not what I expected.

I Do Not recommend this neurologist's practice. I made an appointment in September for November 11, 2025, at 2:15 PM at the office located on Walker Lane. I confirmed the appointment on Thursday, November 6, 2025. Today, November 11, 2025, at 1:23 PM, I called the office because I received a message that my appointment was cancelled. I thought it was a message sent by mistake. I called the office, and Ruth answered the phone in a very unprofessional manner. As I tried to explain that I had confirmed the appointment last week and that they had cancelled it, she said, "You are wasting my time," and accused me of having called to cancel the appointment.
Then she placed me on hold without explanation. Ivan, the office manager, came on the line and provided his name but not his title. I found out when I asked him for his position. I explained the situation to him. He responded that Ruth was one of the best representatives they had, that he doubted the conversation had taken place, and that they, in fact, had cancelled the appointment, because he doctor had surgery. Unfortunately, front office staff are not providing patients with the support they need to schedule appointments with doctors and receive the treatment they require. I tried to get a new appointment, but the next available appointment is in January 2026. Honestly, this practice does not care about patients or their medical needs.

My appointment with Dr. Kayloe was a very positive one. I had been in a distressed state of mind with respect to a sudden new diagnosis. Dr. Kayloe listened to my concerns, answered my questions and was very direct and specific. Importantly, she reassured me that she would bring a positive result to my medical situation; and, I have little doubt that this will indeed be the case.

This was the first visit for my wife to see Dr. Kayloe. The Doctor was congenial and reviewed information provided from previous analysis. My wife experienced a comfort level that she had not experienced with a previous doctor. This visit was definitely a good start.
