Integrated Spine, Pain & Neurology Services is a comprehensive medical practice serving men and women throughout Alexandria, Falls Church, Lorton, and Old Town, Virginia. Our multidisciplinary team specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of spine, pain, neurological, sleep, and movement disorders, offering patients convenient access to advanced, coordinated care under one roof.
Neurology
Our Neurology team provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment for a wide range of neurological conditions, including migraine, concussion, dementia, dizziness, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, neuropathy, Parkinson’s disease, cerebral palsy, stroke, spasticity, neuromuscular disease, autoimmune disorders, sleep disorders, and movement disorders.
Advanced services include electromyography (EMG), electroencephalograms (EEG), sleep studies, CPAP therapy, Botox® for migraine, telemedicine, and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). Through precise diagnosis and individualized care plans, our specialists are dedicated to improving brain and nervous system health while enhancing overall quality of life.
Spine And Pain
Our spine and pain specialists focus on complex conditions affecting the spine, musculoskeletal system, and chronic pain, including radicular pain and sciatica, spinal disc pain in the neck and back, sacroiliac (SI) joint pain, facet joint arthrosis, compression fractures, and hip joint pain.
We offer cutting-edge diagnostic and interventional treatments designed to reduce pain and restore function, including epidural steroid injections, selective nerve root blocks, medial branch blocks and radiofrequency ablation, intra-articular joint injections, kyphoplasty, and spinal cord stimulation. Our patient-centered approach ensures every treatment plan is tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.
Infusion Center
In addition to our neurology and spine care services, we offer specialized infusion therapies through our onsite, non-chemotherapy infusion center. Treatments include IV ketamine, NADH infusions, vitamin infusions, and Baclofen pump management.
Our practice also supports a clinical research program, providing eligible patients access to innovative and emerging therapies. Sleep Medicine
Our Sleep Medicine program provides comprehensive evaluation and treatment for a wide range of sleep disorders that can affect overall health, daily functioning, and quality of life. Our sleep specialists diagnose and manage conditions such as sleep apnea, insomnia, narcolepsy, restless legs syndrome, circadian rhythm disorders, parasomnias, and other sleep-related disorders. Through detailed sleep evaluations and individualized treatment plans, our team works closely with patients to identify the underlying causes of sleep disturbances and restore healthy sleep patterns.
Advanced services include in-lab polysomnography (sleep studies), home sleep apnea testing, CPAP, BiPAP and ASV therapy management, Multiple Sleep Latency Testing (MSLT) for disorders such as narcolepsy, and long-term treatment for chronic sleep conditions. Our integrated approach combines advanced diagnostic technology with evidence-based treatment strategies to help patients improve sleep quality, increase daytime energy, and support overall neurological and cardiovascular health.
