I’ve had migraines for most of my adult life. The headaches were exacerbated by a bad fall several years ago. About 2 months ago, I visited Dr. Gray. He listened carefully to my description of the headaches and the fall . He then performed a quick, painless, and noninvasive technique in his office. I have not had a headache since that visit. This has positively transformed my life. Wow. Kudos to Dr. Gray. Nice office too. Overall, an extremely positive experience.

I am happy to be back Dr Clopp. When she left her old practice, I was hoping that the new physician would be as confident as she was and is but unfortunately I was wrong. So needless to say, I am very happy to be back as well as be a new patient. Dr. Clopp has a strong ethic and conscious about doing what’s right and correct for her patients.

Their portal person basically hung up on me. She would not allow a virtual visit even though I had been scheduled for one and presumably the doctor was available. I understand the doctor wanted a physical visit, but surely she could have talked to me even if she was limited in some way.

If I could give 0 stars - I would. An absolutely horrible experience for sleep study and sleep apnea treatment. Unprofessional bordering on dishonest. Refused to answer any billing questions prior to service - gave the impression that all would be covered under insurance and then sent us a bill for over $2k WITHOUT sharing the results of the study or any treatment recommendations - office manager (or billing specialist) was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful.

Dr Gray is an exceptionally good doctor very patient in listening and understanding the patient. He connects with the patient with his humble attitude and in depth knowledge. He diagnosed my problem exactly and I feel so good. Thankyou doctor ! Highly recommended.
